Karting

Endurance Karting tours the United States bringing the finest karting experience to venues all across the country. From coast to coast, karting enthusiasts and curious first timers take the chance to get behind the wheel of karts topping off at speeds of over 50 mph. Our European-style endurance races challenge competitors of all levels. 90 min, 6 hour and 24 hour events push karting to the limits.

Endurance Karting events exemplify the intensity of real NASCAR racing. Teams of racers must factor in driver changes, pit stops, and passing strategies on the road to beating out the competition. Karting events come complete with Le Mans starts, and the same AMB computerized system used to score NASCAR and Formula 1 racing.

Karting participants from each age, weight, and skill level compete within the same driving class against the best scores in all heats. Karting competition is broken down into five classes. The super rookie class features karting teams whose members are all racing for the absolute first time. Rookie class teams have had less than one year of karting experience. Teams with an average age of over 40 years old enter the master karting class. Racers with a team average of over 190 lbs compete in the big boy class. Karting teams with more than a year of experience, and unable to be classified in any other category compete in the pro-class. At the close of each event, three teams in each karting class are presented with trophies.

For serious karting competitors, the Endurance Karting Championship allows racing teams to measure the best scores of the season. The team who tallies the best four starts of the entire season is crowned karting champion of its class.

Karting School

Karting beginners can take the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of karting from the experts. Endurance Karting’s one day karting school workshop takes students through the basics of karting, and into more advanced driving techniques. By the end of the day, karting school students are taught to feel comfortable racing at high speeds, handling mid-race driver changes, and passing in competition.

Endurance Karting school emphasizes a hands-on learning experience. Karting school instructors alternate between classroom lessons, and behind-the-wheel driving instruction. Students can quickly apply lessons learned to real time karting situations for an optimal learning experience.
