In Inner Speed Secrets: Mental Strategies to Maximize Your Racing Performance, racer/coach Ross Bentley teaches the mental game that separates good drivers from great drivers.

While other professional athletes have relied on sports psychologists for years to improve performance, race divers have only recently begin to work on strategies for the mind. Mental abilities such as visual processing skills, psychomotor response times, dynamic awareness and muscle control are as critical to winning as the engineering and set up of the racecar.

From optimizing the brain’s software and the role of belief systems to the importance of focus, recognizing personality traits and decision making on and off the track, Inner Speed Secrets is the map to developing your mind into a crucial part of your racing.

Ross will throughout the day outline great mental techniques backing them up with on track exercises, that are easy to follow, and very applicable to the sport of race car driving.

What will drivers get from this program?  First and foremost, they will find speed - their lap times will improve.  But they will also be more consistent, make fewer errors, improve their focus & concentration, make better decisions, learn how to self-coach themselves, learn new tracks quicker, and be more aware in traffic.  Sound to good to be true?  These are the proven techniques of a recent Indy 500 winner, and many other elite level professionals.
