In just one day, you and your child will learn the basics of racing and how
karts work, passing techniques, controlled braking, how to handle trouble
turns and much more. The student-instructor ratio is low to promote
individualized learning, and you will retain the same instructor throughout
the day. The school combines classroom learning, a track walk and
behind-the-wheel instruction to give you and your child the optimal hands-on
racing learning experience.
By the end of the day, you will beam with pride as you watch your young
one maneuver a kart with ease. Taking the opportunity to learn and grow with your child will create
memories of a lifetime.
Children must be at least 8 years old and 4 feet, 10 inches tall in order to
participate. There are no exceptions on the height requirement, as this is
the minimum height necessary to reach the gas and
brake pedals. Each participant will receive a minimum of 1-1/2 hours
behind the wheel. |

The pricing, schedule, and skill sets learned are the same in our regular race schools. We will make sure that families coming out together will stay in the same exercise groups during the school as they would during the family camp.
Any of our regular schools are open to families. The pricing is the same, program is the same, the only difference is that there may be more adults than youth in the regular school program versus the 50%/50% split we see at the camp.
